Regular Members:

• Must be in good standing and admitted to the Supreme Court of PA.
• Maintain principal office for practice or live in Butler County.
• Includes membership to PBA.

Young Lawyer Member:

• Attorneys 35 years of age or less and/or admitted to practice law less than 5 years.
• Includes membership to PBA.

Government  Members:

• Attorneys who work for a federal/state or local government entity on a full time basis - provided his/her office is located in the Commonwealth of PA are not bound by unit county rules and may elect to join either BCBA or PBA.
• To apply for membership please complete the application and return to the BCBA office.
