BECOMING A MEMBER

To become a member of the Butler County Bar Association, a lawyer must either practice or reside in Butler County. The Pennsylvania Bar Association is a unified dues state.
Dues for both the state and local organizations for 2007
$330 ($284) If admitted to the Bar on or before 10/17/03
$284 ($248) If admitted 10/18/03 thru 10/27/04
$238 ($210) If admitted 10/18/04 thru 10/02/05
$192 ($174) If admitted 10/02/05 thru 19/10/06
FREE Free if admitted after 10/22/06.
*Dues listed in parenthesis are for government attorneys.

The Executive Committee meets monthly on the second Friday.
The Bar meets in March, June, September and December.
Annual elections are held at the December meeting.
CLEs are scheduled monthly in the Bar office.
Social activities are planned in summer and winter.
